Willits Frontier Days 100th Year Celebration - 2026
The Willits Frontier Days Executive Board has finalized the Advertising Rates for 2026. We are pleased and excited to announce that this is our 100th year of the longest continuous running rodeo in the state of California. During our two-week-long Fourth of July celebration we will have many exciting events to help make this year's rodeo celebration memorable. This year’s theme is “The year of the sweethearts”, one you won’t want to miss! Help us by supporting this worthwhile celebration that has helped to keep the Willits Community family focused for over 100 years.
As a non-profit organization we are focused on benefiting the community. Many of the Willits Frontier Day's events are free to the community. We hope our 100th year will be as memorable as our prior years for the Willits Community. The events that are not free are kept at a very modest rate giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy themselves. We look forward to hosting this 100th year with our partners Roots of Motive Power as they demonstrate their steam-powered logging equipment throughout the events. By tying the Roots of Motive Power, Mendocino County Museum, and with all the Frontier Day's activities, we hope everyone will be able to enjoy a wide variety of options and venture out to our great small town as we have a lot to offer. Several local businesses along with our City Council help support our organization and we encourage you to thank them as well. People look forward to these events all year long, so we moved the Junior Rodeo to July 5th with the Bulls and Broncs to follow.
With all the exciting offerings we have added our local community also offers The Skunk Train and the continued popularity of Ridgewood Ranch, Home of Seabiscuit tours, Willits has become the Fourth of July Destination for folks from all over the United States.
Our celebrations will kick off on June 19th at our hometown celebration, followed by a concert featuring Ned LeDoux at the arena on June 20th.
The attached Corporate Sponsorship/Advertising Rate Sheet for 2026 offers packages full of returns that continue long after Willits Frontier Days 2026 is over. We have included the 2026 Schedule of Events. We are offering business card ads up to full-page ads, V.I.P. ticket packages, buckle sponsorships, public address system announcements, arena banners, grandstand banners, radio tags, poster tags, web page recognition, event sponsorships and horse carried arena flags. Whatever level of participation you select, there is an advertising package available that makes it affordable for you to help support and be a part of Willits Frontier Days 100th Year of Celebrations.
This year we are going to have a video board where your company logo can be displayed. Many of you have participated in this endeavor year after year and the Willits Frontier Days Executive Board and Board of Directors extend their appreciation to you for helping to keep one of Mendocino County's best traditions alive for 100 years. If you haven't had a chance to advertise before, we hope this is the year you will join us in another milestone year.
This year we are sending these advertising packets out earlier to hopefully help our local businesses have ample time to plan. Please send your advertising packets back as soon as possible.
